格隆汇3月27日丨碧桂园服务(06098.HK)公布，公司计划将视市场情况及公司届时的实际需要，在2025年3月27日后的未来一年内，使用集团不少于人民币5亿元的现有可用现金储备在公开市场购回及╱或购买股份。
董事会相信，购回及╱或购买股份反映集团对其业务的长远前景充满信心，符合公司及股东的整体利益。董事会亦相信，集团财务状况稳健，能在进行购回及╱或购买股份的同时维持足够财务资源以满足集团业务持续增长。
