Stellus Capital Investment (SCM) said late Tuesday it priced a public offering of $75 million of 7.25% notes due 2030.
The company said it plans to use the net proceeds to repay a portion of the amount outstanding under its credit facility.
The notes are expected to be delivered on or about April 1.
