智通财经APP讯，江西铜业股份(00358)发布公告，2024年8月3日，公司控股子公司山东恒邦冶炼股份有限公司(恒邦股份)冶炼一公司侧吹炉放铜口突发喷溅，造成现场人员伤亡。
2025年3月23日，山东省人民政府发布了《关于烟台牟平山东恒邦冶炼股份有限公司“8·3”较大灼烫事故调查报告的批复》(鲁政字[2025]38号)，相关内容如下：
事故调查组认定，本次事故发生的原因是工艺控制及风险辨识不到位、设备带病运行、水套漏水后违规处置。
经事故调查组认定：本次事故是一起较大生产安全责任事故，且企业存在瞒报、谎报情形。
建议对恒邦股份的违法行为依法作出行政处罚;对恒邦股份董事长、总裁和常务副总裁等15人按管理权限给予组织处理或行政处罚。
