格隆汇3月27日丨津上机床中国(01651.HK)发布公告，2025年3月25日，公司全资附属公司津上精密机床(浙江)有限公司与平湖经济技术开发区管理委员会就(其中包括)拟通过公开拍卖方式收购位于平湖经济技术开发区的公司的第四工厂相邻地块(“该土地”)达成协议。该土地为位于中国平湖经济技术开发区的国有工业用地。该土地面积约为32.5亩(相当于约21,685.9平方米)，土地使用权年限为50年。
中国新能源汽车、人形机器人及人工智能行业的迅速增长，促使对计算机数字控制(“数控”)高精密机床的需求激增。集团预计未来数控高精密机床行业将迎来更多发展机会。
就此而言，为提高集团的产能，实现数控高精密机床的强劲产量，集团拟于该土地上建造新生产工厂(“该计划”)。新设施将有助于公司满足汽车(尤其是新能源汽车)以及人形机器人及人工智能行业等下游行业快速发展所带来的对数控高精密机床日益增长的需求。集团的这一战略投资将进一步巩固集团的行业地位，提高竞争力，并推动平湖经济技术开发区内数控高精密机床供应链的高质量发展。
