智通财经APP讯，华润置地(01109)发布公告，于2025年3月25日，董事会议决将“企业社会责任委员会”更名为“可持续发展委员会”。董事会亦议决相应修订委员会的职权范围，以纳入与可持续发展相关的职责。委员会名称的变更及经修订的职权范围将于2025年3月25日生效。
为彰显公司将可持续发展确立为一项核心战略目标的决心，促进公司内外形成可持续发展的共识与合力，董事会已作出决议，将企业社会责任委员会更名为可持续发展委员会，并相应调整该委员会的职权范围。
委员会的组成保持不变，包括两名执行董事，即李欣(委员会主席)及徐荣;一名非执行董事，即魏成林;以及两名独立非执行董事，即钟伟及孙哲。
