智通财经APP讯，中国前沿科技集团(01661)发布公告，由于公司核数师需要额外时间完成审核程序，故将会延迟刊发有关集团截至2024年12月31日止财政年度的全年业绩的公告。公司仍在收集及整理核数师执行及完成其有关2024年全年业绩的审核工作所需资料及文件，包括但不限于核数师于本公告日期尚未收到的若干作审核用途的确认函(例如银行审核确认函)，且公司正在积极寻求相关各方提供确认函，以实现刊发2024年全年业绩。基于目前进度，预期2024年全年业绩将于2025年4月15日刊发，而2024年年报将于2025年4月底前刊发。
