智通财经APP讯，力高健康生活(02370)发布公告，预期该集团截至2024年12月31日止年度将取得亏损净额不超过人民币2100万元;而截至2023年12月31日止年度的纯利则约为人民币30万元。截至2024年12月31日止年度将取得公司拥有人应占亏损净额不超过3000万元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度则为公司拥有人应占亏损净额约1000万元。预期亏损净额及公司拥有人应占亏损净额乃主要由于以下原因：
(1)向非业主提供的增值服务(尤其是向力高地产集团有限公司提供的售楼处物业服务及交付前检查及清洁服务)产生的收入大幅减少，乃由于截至2024年12月31日止年度力高地产交付的项目减少所致;
(2)向业主提供的社区增值服务产生的收益大幅减少，乃主要归因于向业主提供的家居装修及装饰服务所贡献的收入因力高地产截至2024年12月31日止年度交付的项目减少而减少;及
(3)由于集团于过往年度收购的附属公司因社区康养服务应占收益及毛利大幅减少导致于截至2024年12月31日止年度取得亏损净额，集团就彼等商誉以及物业、厂房及设备计提减值亏损拨备，导致减值评估项下该等附属公司(作为现金产生单位)的收益增长率及毛利率预测大幅下滑。
