智通财经APP讯，大成糖业(03889)发布公告，董事会建议将本公司的英文名称由“Global Sweeteners Holdings Limited”更改为“Global Corn Group Limited”，并采纳仅供识别的中文名称“大成玉米集团有限公司”以取代其现有中文名称“大成糖业控股有限公司”。建议更改公司名称须待股东于股东周年大会上通过特别决议案及开曼群岛公司注册处处长透过发出更改名称注册证书批准建议更改公司名称(仅就英文名称而言)后，方可作实。
