3月28日金融一线消息，中国人民银行咸宁市分行日前披露的行政处罚决定信息公示表显示，湖北嘉鱼农村商业银行因与身份不明的客户进行交易，被罚款20万元。杨某红（时任嘉鱼农商行电子银行部副经理（牵头负责））对上述违法行为负有责任，被罚款1万元。
