智通财经APP讯，华禧控股(01689)发布公告，与截至2023年12月31日止年度的公司拥有人应占亏损约4100万港元相比，集团预期取得截至2024年12月31日止年度(本年度)的公司拥有人应占亏损介乎约1亿港元至1.22亿港元。
董事会认为，本年度公司拥有人应占亏损增加乃主要归因于以下原因︰(i)已确认金融及合约资产减值亏损净额增加，乃因对有关集团环境及生态修复治理业务中财政紧张的客户采用较高的预期亏损率，以及对若干特定结余应用100%的预期亏损率，原因为该等款项因目前与交易对方的商业纠纷致可收回的可能性极低;(ii)确认来自集团环境及生态修复治理业务的亏损增加，此乃由于本年度取得少量新的生态修复项目，但维护现有项目及取得新合约产生额外成本;及(iii)市场竞争激烈及主要客户需求下降导致香烟包装产品的销售收入减少。
