　　3月26日，在2025年博鳌亚洲论坛年会上，阿斯利康全球首席执行官苏博科指出，世界上百分之三十五死亡来自慢性病，糖尿病，心血管疾病和癌症是其中的重要杀手，第二个就是和环境与气候变化导致的癌症和慢阻肺，这已经越来越多成为大城市中的致死因素。

　　我们能做什么？世界上有四百多万还有慢阻肺，中国有一百多万，药物治疗是昂贵的，我们现在专注于两分钟吸入式的治疗方式，早诊断早截断，不要到急性期再去治疗再干预。另外一个是肾病，有八亿人受肾病影响，肾透析消耗了数百亿吨水的消耗，我们可以在早期进行筛查和干预，这样一开对于资源的消耗是不大的。

　　另外，有很多因吸烟导致的肺癌，这种慢性病也可以早期进行干预，目前已经可以通过AI的方式，AI扫描的方法取代了X射线的放射性影像方法，通过这种方法可以进行早期的筛查和诊断，如果可以对四五十岁的人进行干预，他们依然是可以劳动的。（罗宁）
