恒大汽车深夜回应股价异常波动
【大河财立方消息】3月26日，恒大汽车在港交所公告，公司董事会已注意到公司股份于香港联合交易所的价格及成交量最近有所上升。经作出在相关情况的合理查询后，董事会确认，其并不知悉导致有关上升的任何原因或任何必须公布以避免公司股份出现虚假市场的资料，或除上文所披露者外，并不知悉须予披露的任何其他内幕消息。
此前，恒大汽车于2024年9月5日发布关于债权人申请本公司间接全资附属公司恒大恒驰新能源汽车（上海）有限公司破产清算的公告，相关附属公司于2025年3月17日收到上海市第三中级人民法院的裁定书，该法院已受理破产清算申请。
3月26日下午，恒大汽车港股股价直线拉升，涨幅短时间内扩大至227.7％。
有网络传言称，此次恒大汽车股价的暴涨，可能与南沙区近期公布的一项重大合作项目有关——广汽集团与华为携手的项目即将落户南沙。
当日晚间，广汽集团回应称，公司及旗下华望汽车（GH项目）从未与恒大汽车或其他主体就南沙工厂收购事宜进行过任何形式的接洽。
