"We expect this to remain free cash flow based, but to include changes in working capital and growth capex, along with restructuring costs," Macquarie says. This would result in a rebasing of Spark NZ's FY 2026 dividend at NZ$0.15/share, with future earnings growth to allow it to lift the dividend in future, it contends.
