智通财经APP讯，百应控股(08525)发布公告，于2025年3月26日，买方(公司的间接全资附属公司厦门百应融资租赁有限责任公司)根据融资租赁协议与福建延拓订立一项售后回租交易。根据融资租赁协议，买方将按人民币2000万元的代价向福建延拓购买租回资产，并向福建延拓出租租回资产，为期36个月，并收取租赁款项作为回报。
租回资产指一套淀粉及淀粉乳化机、一套制糖机及一套热电厂发电机。
