智通财经APP讯，联合集团(00373)公布2024年业绩，总收入78.48亿港元，同比增长0.21%;公司股东应占亏损约7.7亿港元，同比扩大约5.19倍;每股亏损0.22港元。
公告称，年内亏损增加乃主要由于下列因素的净影响：天安中国投资有限公司取得应占亏损，相比于 2023年则取得应占溢利;与2023年相比，该集团投资物业的公平价值减少净额较高;公司的一间上市联营公司亚太资源有限公司的业绩取得应占亏损，相比2023年则取得应占溢利;及新鸿基有限公司取得应占溢利，相比2023年则取得应占亏损。
