智通财经APP讯，汉思集团控股(00554)公布2024年业绩，收入增加 274.4% 至35.51亿港元，经营溢利增加 486.1% 至1437.2万港元，公司股东应占亏损增加 414.0% 至1.81亿港元，每股基本及摊薄亏损4.52港仙，末期股息每股 1.5 港仙。
公告称，亏损增加主要由于收购事项完成后，BTHL集团的物业、厂房及设备和无形资产的公允值调整导致产生折旧及摊销增加约7400万港元;及集团就收购事项应付的递延款项及集团就认沽期权股份应付的未结付代价所产生的债务确认，导致产生财务成本约6800万港元。
