3月17日，由中国化学东华公司总承包的神华包头煤制烯烃升级示范项目循环水场、给水加压及消防泵站总承包项目土建工程开工，标志着项目正式进入全面建设阶段。业主、监理及各参建方代表出席开工仪式。

业主代表表示，循环水系统是保障全厂高效运行的核心命脉，此次顺利开工凝聚了全体参建者的智慧与汗水，更为实现煤化工清洁生产与资源循环利用目标迈出关键一步。希望各参建单位以“精益求精、质量至上”为准则，继续协同合作，确保工程安全、优质、按期交付。

在项目开工准备阶段，中国化学东华公司项目部秉持严谨务实作风，完成了设计优化、全流程风险预控及高标准施工组织策划，并通过数字化建模和绿色施工技术等创新手段，确保工程与生态环境保护协同推进。
