智通财经APP讯，富士高实业(00927)发布公告，根据对本集团截至2025年2月28日止11个月未经审核综合管理账目的初步评估及董事会对截至2025年3月31日止1个月现时市况的评估，相比截至2024年3月31日止年度归属本公司股权持有人的溢利约1720万港元，本集团预期本年度将取得归属本公司股权持有人的亏损约5070万港元至约6850万港元之间。
由盈转亏主要由于签订和解协议表示本集团承认其作出现金付款的责任，故于本年度将现金付款计入本集团财务报表所致。董事会谨此知会本公司股东，于签订和解协议后及于本公告日期，本集团持续取得该客户的采购订单。预期本集团及该客户将就日后项目继续合作。
