消息面上，上海复旦公布年度财报，营业收入35.9亿人民币，同比增加1.5%；纯利5.73亿元，同比下滑20.4%。拟派末期股息每10股人民币0.8元(含税)。单看第四季度，公司单季度主营收入9.07亿元，同比上升13.57%；单季度归母净利润1.45亿元，同比上升109.59%。
华西证券此前表示，公司业绩受到下游需求影响和产品价格调整影响。该行指出，公司目前拥有千万门级FPGA/亿门级FPGA/十亿门级及PSoC共四大系列数十款产品，是国内领先可编程器件芯片供应商。根据2月20日公司投资者关系记录表内容，正在推进基于1xnm FinFET先进制程的新一代FPGA和PSoC产品，已针对部分导入客户小批量销售。
