智通财经APP讯，中国铁建(01186)发布公告，鉴于本公司第五届董事会任期已届满，按照《中国铁建股份有限公司章程》(公司章程)和《中国铁建股份有限公司股东大会议事规则》(股东大会议事规则)的相关规定，董事会召开第五届董事会第三十七次会议，审议通过了《关于公司第六届董事会股东代表董事人选的议案》，并同意将该议案提交本公司股东大会审议，建议重选及委任六名董事作为第六届董事会股东代表董事：重选戴和根先生为执行董事;重选郜烈阳先生为非执行董事;重选马传景先生为独立非执行董事;重选解国光先生为独立非执行董事;重选钱伟伦先生为独立非执行董事;委任王俊先生为独立非执行董事。
