智通财经APP讯，悦达国际控股(00629)发布公告，于2025年3月26日，本公司间接全资附属公司悦达商业保理与盐城联阳订立保理协议(保理协议)。根据保理协议，悦达商业保理同意向盐城联阳提供应收账款融资、应收账款管理服务及应收账款收款服务(应收账款服务)并授予循环信贷限额人民币4500万元，年利率及保理管理费之和为8.2%至 9.2%，自2025年3月26日起生效及于2027年4月1日到期。
