智通财经APP讯，港誉智慧城市服务(00265)公布2024年业绩，收入约3.46亿港元，同比增加约1.0%。公司权益拥有人应占溢利约为4910万港元，同比增加约46.6%。每股基本及摊薄盈利约为11.66港仙。
公告称，溢利增加乃主要由于环境卫生业务分部的毛利增加约1260万港元;集团就终止收购该等物业及延迟交付该等物业而收取赔偿总额约人民币460万元(相当于约500万港元);及成本控制措施有效减少销售、一般及行政开支。尽管集团于本年度并无如2023年度般取得出售一间附属公司收益，惟该等因素均有助集团于本年度录得溢利。
