智通财经APP讯，皇朝家居(01198)公布2024年业绩，收入约5.26亿元，同比减少36.5%。公司拥有人应占亏损约3.34亿元，同比收窄12.36%。每股亏损13.495分。
公告称，收入减少乃由于消费市场疲弱及集团在年内终止商品贸易业务。
亏损轻微改善乃由于集团毛利率提高、营运开支及所得税超额拨备拨回减少，惟被贸易应收款项及计入预付款项、订金及其他应收款项的金融资产减值增加、融资成本增加及应占联营公司亏损增加所抵销。
