Fufeng Group's (HKG:0546) attributable profit to shareholders declined to 2.31 billion yuan in 2024 from 3.14 billion yuan a year earlier, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
Earnings per share dropped to 0.9184 yuan compared with 1.2399 yuan in the comparable period.
Revenue declined to 27.8 billion yuan from 28.0 billion yuan a year earlier.
The board proposed final dividend of HK$0.22 per share, taking the full year dividend to HK$0.40 per share.
Shares of the company were down nearly 3% in recent trading.
