　　广发证券近期披露发布2024年度报告。过去一年，广发证券实现营收271.99亿元，同比增长16.74%；归母净利润96.37亿元，同比增幅达38.11%。

　　值得关注的是，其他业务板块呈现结构性分化：自营业务收入以77.54亿元创近六年新高，同比暴增117%，对营收贡献率近29%；投行业务收入7.97亿元同比增长34.89%，主承销债券规模突破2963亿元；经纪业务向买方投顾转型成效初显，手续费净收入实现66.50亿元，代销产品保有规模超2600亿元。而资管业务收入68.85亿元，同比回落10.90%，显现出大资管时代下的竞争压力。

　　人员流动方面，截至2024年末，广发证券在职员工总数13971人，较上年减少1063人，其中母公司减员达1068人，但子公司人员微增5人。与之形成对照的是，员工人均薪酬从58.80万元提升至63.95万元，增幅8.7%。

　　高管薪酬体系呈现稳定性特征，现任及离任董监高总薪酬3176.48万元，与上年基本持平。13位高管年薪超百万，监事长周锡太以234.97万元居首，董事长林传辉232.10万元紧随其后。
