智通财经APP讯，正商实业(00185)公布2024年业绩，收益约为人民币95.42亿元，同比减少约52.4%。公司拥有人应占亏损约为21.82亿元，同比减少约5.1%。每股基本亏损约为114.0分。
公告称，收益减少乃主要由于本集团于本年度交付的落成物业发展项目交付的可出售╱租赁建筑面积较2023年减少所致。本年度毛利较2023年减少乃由于本年度内交付的建槃面积减少及确认若干利润率较低 的物业项目，此乃由于在宏观经济下行及房地产物业需求持续走弱导致公众购买意愿及购买力下降的情况下，意外产生较高建筑成本及售价受压。
