智通财经APP讯，赛伯乐国际控股(01020)发布公告，由于公司需要更多时间收集及整理必要的资料及文件予核数师完成2024年年度业绩审核，故公司将无法按照上市规则第13.49(1)及(2)条于2025年3月31日或之前刊发2024年年度业绩。
董事会及公司管理层将继续与核数师紧密合作，以推进完成余下的审核程序，刊发2024年年度业绩。董事会谨此强调集团的营运仍然正常。公司将尽最大努力尽快刊发2024年年度业绩，及于适当时侯作出进一步公告，以告知股东有关刊发2024年年度业绩的日子。
