董事会进一步宣布，本公司副总经理杨鹏艳女士(杨女士)已获聘任为本公司董事会秘书及财务负责人，自获得北京市地方金融管理局审核通过生效。在杨女士正式履行上述职务之前，黄先生继续担任本公司董事会秘书及财务负责人及履行相应职责直至核准之日。
