智通财经APP讯，中国同辐(01763)发布公告，本公司附属公司中核高通于2025年3月28日与四〇四成都、成都核总及四川同源订立《增资协议》。四〇四成都及成都核总同意以货币进行出资，对中核高通全资附属公司四川同源分别增资人民币1234.57万元及人民币1111.11万元。增资完成后，四川同源的注册资本将由人民币1亿元增加至人民币1.23亿元，中核高通、四〇四成都及成都核总将分别持有四川同源81%、10%及9%的股权，四川同源将仍为中核高通(本公司附属公司)的附属公司。
四川同源成立于2019年5月，是由中核高通出资建设的对标国际一流的放射源研发生产基地。目前四川同源还处在项目建设和经营布局初期，生产经营尚未完全开展，亟待融资后，通过现有产业阔能，扩大产品线和技术能力，加大上下游资源支持。
本公司综合考虑了历史因素、市场条件、资源条件及中核集团“整体•协同”的要求，订立《增资协议》，引入战略投资者筹集资金，所募集资金将全部用于补充四川同源放射源研发生产基地项目的项目建设及经营资金，有利于四川同源保持合理的资产负债结构。
同时，订立《增资协议》，有助于利用股东各自研发和生产优势，实现资源共享，加速推动放射源原料国产化，为四川同源构建稳定的原料供应渠道，有助于发挥四〇四成都及成都核总的产业协同发展效应，符合本公司及股东的整体利益。
