智通财经APP讯，华盛国际控股(01323)发布公告，于2025年3月31日，卖方(即公司的直接全资附属公司Bright World Group Holdings Limited)拟向买方(贷方便财务有限公司)出售出售公司(诚信财务有限公司)的65%股本，代价为3250万港元，但须受买卖协议得条款所规限。
出售公司为根据放债人条例(香港法例第163章)获发牌之放债人，主要在中国香港从事放债业务。
鉴于出售公司于过去两个财政年度一直取得亏损，董事会认为出售事项可让公司变现及收取出售公司于出售公司的部分权益所产生的若干现金所得款项。此外，买方熟悉香港放债业务，拥有丰富经验，预期出售公司于完成后将可正常及顺利经营。
此外，董事会亦认为，出售事项可即时强化集团的现金流量，令集团重组及精简其业务营运，以分配其财务资源发展集团的主要业务及╱或为日后之任何投资机会提供资金。
