3月28日晚，申万宏源（000166）披露2024年年报显示，公司营业收入247.35亿元，同比增长15.04%；归母净利润52.11亿元，同比增长13.12%。

在行业薪酬收缩背景下，申万宏源逆势增长，人均薪酬增至66.46万元，微增1.61%，其中董监高薪酬总额同比2023年的1043万元微增至1047万元。值得一提的是，自2022年刘健担任董事长以来，申万宏源的董监高人员最高薪资便不超过150万元，近年来董监高薪资波动并不大，2024年方正证券的董监高薪资总额甚至为申万宏源的2.65倍，为2771万元。

2024年年末，申万宏源员工总数减少2.17%至11547人，人均创收214.21万元、创利54.13万元，人均创收处行业高位水平。

公司加权ROE为5.08%，同比增加0.36个百分点。收入具体情况看来，手续费及佣金净收入为66.76亿元，同比减少4.72%，主要受投行业务影响；利息净收入5.28亿元，同比增长59.2%；投资收益116.3亿元，同比增长49.24%；公允价值变动收益-4.77亿元，同比2023年的17.58亿元减少127.12%；其他业务收入61.47亿元，同比增长45.93%。
