荣晖国际2024年内溢利3.72亿港元
3月31日，荣晖国际（00990）发布截至2024年12月31日止年度的业绩公告。公司在此期间的总收入约为409.14亿港元，较2023年同期的553.77亿港元减少约26%。年内溢利则为3.72亿港元，相比之下，2023年为13.82亿港元，显示出明显的下降趋势。每股基本盈利由2023年的8.91港元降至2.2港元。毛利同样减少，从2023年的17.81亿港元降至10.33亿港元，主要因商品交易活动的毛利因市场不景气而减少。
在管理层讨论与分析部分，提到公司在新加坡的附属公司涉及涉嫌挪用资金的事件，导致在本年度计提约1.67亿港元的损失拨备。此外，汇兑损失约为9309万港元，主要源于美元与人民币的汇率波动。公司在财务报表附注中还提到，由于新加坡附属公司的一名董事及若干员工涉嫌违反受信责任，导致对相关资产的审计受到限制。
