　　美的置业（03990）发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团期内取得收入37.26亿元（人民币，下同），同比增加33.34%；拟派发末期股息每股0.27港元。

　　公告称，集团于2004年进入房地产行业，积累超过20年的行业经验。在房地产从“增量开发”转向“存量运营”的时代背景下，集团剥离房开业务，大幅降低有息负债，且聚焦房地产全价值链的轻资产领域，以更轻盈的组织架构打造更稳健的业务体系。
