消息面上，雅生活服务发布年度业绩，集团收入138.67亿元人民币，同比减少10.2%；净亏损31.27亿元，去年同期取得利润6.99亿元。公司此前在盈警公告中表示，其充分评估重要客户面临的信用情况，出于谨慎性原则，本期对关联方及与房地产相关的第三方之贸易及其他应收款项进行了计提减值拨备约39亿至40亿元。
年内，集团四大业务所贡献的收入如下：物业管理服务收入较去年同期增长1.6%至109.81亿元；业主增值服务收入较去年同期下降44.7%至12.92亿元；城市服务收入较去年同期下降11.5%至12.29亿元；及外延增值服务收入较去年同期下降60.0%至3.66亿元。
