格隆汇3月31日丨胡桃资本(00905.HK)发布公告，2025年3月31日，公司与Waterdrip Investment Limited(“Waterdrip”)订立合作协议。根据合作协议，Waterdrip及公司将合作并联合投资于将被识别为与集团业务契合一致的项目，包括但不限于上游／下游企业、同业及技术持有者。Waterdrip将向公司提供服务，包括但不限于(i)与项目对手沟通、磋商及建立合作关系；(ii)参与项目开发，例如透过项目评估、尽职调查及合约草拟；以及(iii)参与项目推行，例如解决问题、统筹及实现项目投资目标。
Waterdrip拥有web3.0及区块链领域的丰富经验，并致力透过资本影响力推动区块链技术的发展。水滴的集团投资多个区块链项目，涵盖公链建设、比特币生态系统、DeFi、DePIN及RWA等领域。
