　　中国电动汽车百人会论坛（2025）于3月28日至3月30日在北京举行，主题为“夯实电动化 推进智能化 实现高质量发展”。蔚来高级副总裁沈斐出席并演讲。

　　沈斐谈到，充换一体对用户的好处是显而易见的，但对于行业的好处被整个行业低估了，他表示，充换一体站在理性投资之下比充电站更值得投资。

　　他用春节总结的一些数据说明，春节大概1700多座充换一体站，换电站电量差不多是2000多度电一天，充电桩差不多是700多度电一天，合在一起差不多是2700度电。

　　一些友商公布数据显示，装充电功率也很大，一共是1800个新建的场站，都在最核心的区域，而且高速上面还是免服务费，差不多每天也就是800多度电。

　　“因此，也许换电站充光一体站投资是充电桩的3倍，但是由于电量是3.5倍左右，其实每百万元的投资，收益其实是更好的，所以我觉得这个其实它是更值得投资的”他说。

　　此外，沈斐表示，其中还有一块被大家最忽略的就是换电站自身的储能，比如说晚上把电存下来，白天换给用户，这里面的电价差，收益可能就更大了，每年3000多座换电站，差不多应该有两个亿多一点的收入。
