3月30日金融一线消息，交通银行今日发布公告称，该公司于3月30日召开董事会议并审议通过了《关于交通银行向特定对象发行A股股票方案的议案》等与本次发行相关议案。

　　本次发行采用向特定对象发行股票的方式，拟募集资金规模为不超过人民币1200亿元（含本数），扣除相关发行费用后将全部用于补充该公司的核心一级资本。本次发行的发行对象为中华人民共和国财政部（以下简称“财政部”）、中国烟草总公司（以下简称“中国烟草”）、中国双维投资有限公司（以下简称“双维投资”）。

　　本次发行股票的价格为8.71元/股，拟发行的股票数量为13，777，267，506股，不超过发行前公司总股本的30%。其中，财政部拟认购金额为1，124.2006亿元，认购数量为12，907，010，332股；中国烟草拟认购金额为 45.7994亿元，认购数量为525，825，487股；双维投资拟认购金额为30.00亿元，认购数量为344，431，687股。
