智通财经APP讯，乐华娱乐(02306)公布2024年业绩，实现收入约7.645亿元，同比增长1.2%。毛利约1.56亿元，同比减少10.8%。年内利润为4431.7万元，同比扭亏为盈。经调整净利润约1亿元，同比减少4.9%。
公告称，收入增长主要由于艺人管理产生的收入增加。
扭亏为盈主要由于公司于2023年产生可转换优先股的公允价值亏损人民币1.605亿元，而于报告期间并无取得任何有关公允价值变动。
