智通财经APP讯，鞍钢股份(00347)发布公告，于2025年3月28日，公司的附属公司绿金及由鞍钢集团公司间接控股的本钢板材订立合资协议，内容有关建议于中国成立合资公司。
根据合资协议，绿金应以现金出资人民币2940万元，相当于合资公司注册资本总额的49%，本钢板材应以现金出资人民币3060万元，相当于合资公司注册资本总额的51%。
合资公司拟成立于辽宁省本溪市溪湖区，将主要从事再生资源加工，再生资源销售，再生资源回收，生产性废旧金属回收，非金属废料和碎屑加工处理，金属废料和碎屑加工处理，废旧钢铁、金属制品的加工、销售、仓储、配送等。
废钢作为钢铁生产的重要原料，绿金公司透过合资公司整合本溪地区废钢资源，将有助于快速构建区域资源整合渠道，强化对辽东地区废钢资源的统筹调控能力，从而提升绿金公司的市场竞争力与盈利能力。
