智通财经APP讯，鞍钢股份(00347)公布，于2025年 3月 28日，该公司与鞍钢工程及鞍钢能源订立增资协议，将鞍钢能源的注册资本由人民币2.01亿元按比例增加至3.01亿元，以推进凌钢焦炉煤气制LNG项目，据此公司同意以现金方式向鞍钢能源股本增资共人民币6000万元。公司及鞍钢工程目前分别持有鞍钢能源60%及40%的股权。于增资完成后，公司及鞍钢工程将继续分别持有鞍钢能源60%及40%的股权，且鞍钢能源将仍为该公司的非全资附属公司。
增资总额人民币1亿元将悉数用作负责凌钢焦炉煤气制LNG项目合资企业的增资。
董事认为订立增资协议将为集团带来各种利益。凌钢焦炉煤气制LNG项目收益前景较好，可以增加司投资收益，同时也符合公司战略发展方向，有利于促进公司城市能源产业发展。
