智通财经APP讯，中国金融发展(03623)公布2024年业绩，收益6458.5万元，同比增长225.4%。公司拥有人应占亏损3911.7万元，同比增长17%;每股亏损0.07元。
公告称，亏损增长主要由于以下因素综合影响：(i)报告期内集团严格控制经营成本，经营开支较去年有所减少;(ii)由于行业环境的挑战，报告期间对绿湖羊眠山的财产、厂房和设备计提了大量的减值损失拨备;及(iii)集团持有以公允价值计量且其变动计入当期损益的金融资产，其公允价值有较大幅度的下降。
