智通财经APP讯，美的置业(03990)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团期内取得收入37.26亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增加33.34%;拟派发末期股息每股0.27港元。
公告称，集团于2004年进入房地产行业，积累超过20年的行业经验。在房地产从“增量开发”转向“存量运营”的时代背景下，集团剥离房开业务，大幅降低有息负债，且聚焦房地产全价值链的轻资产领域，以更轻盈的组织架构打造更稳健的业务体系。
集团将专注“开发服务+物管服务+资产运营+房地产科技”的四大业务板块，致力于建设好房子、全面探索建筑交付后市场，努力提高物管服务品质、提升资产运营及管理能力，扎实落地产品与服务，积极探索房地产新模式，为社会创造更大的价值。
年内，集团物管服务收入为18.39亿元，较2023年的16.33亿元上升12.6%，该增幅主要由于合约管理的物业建筑面积上升所致。
年内，集团资产运营收入为9.78亿元，较2023年的5.15亿元上升91.8%，该增幅主要由于本年美置产发厂房在本年交付所致。
