公告称，收入大幅增长的主要原因为：本集团于2024年6月21日收购CashBox Group Technology(Hong Kong)Limited(CashBox)后，合并其收入达1.399亿元(CashBox收购事项);本集团于2024年8月透过合约安排收购北京立衡集团后，北京立衡集团贡献收入1050万元;及本集团商业保理及其他金融服务业务稳步增长。
