于 2024年，该集团取得物业及停车位预售额合共约7.845亿港元(其中约7.798亿港元来自物业预售额)，较2023年增加约30.7%。该集团已预售总建筑面积约为14,269平方米，较2023年下增加约89.2%。于2024年，该集团物业预售平均售价为每平方米约54,649.9港元(2023年：每平方米约78,355.4港元)，较2023年下降约30.3%。该集团物业预售平均售价下降乃主要由于2024年中国内地的物业预售额的平均售价较2023年的平均售价相对较低所致。此外，该集团于2024年的停车位预售额约为470万港元。
公告称，收入增加主要由于集团的物业销售收入增加。
