消息面上，美的置业公布2024年度业绩，实现营业收入37.3亿元，同比增长33%，增速位居行业前列。其中，物管服务板块贡献收入18.4亿元，同比增长13%。公司盈利能力持续提升，保留业务归母核心净利润达5.0亿元，同比增长25%，毛利率提升至35.7%，保持行业高位。报告期内，美的置业延续了一贯的高分红政策，宣派2024年度股息0.27港元/股，派息比例提升至70%。自2018年上市以来，公司累计宣告派息额已超过93.7亿港元，派息比例常年保持在40%以上。
据时代财经，3月31日，美的置业举行2024年度业绩发布会，管理层透露，公司计划用三年多的时间再造一个新的美的置业。去年10月24日，美的置业完成对房地产开发业务的剥离，美的置业保留开发服务、物管服务、资产运营和房地产科技等四大业务板块。管理层表示，开发服务专注开发管理的输出，已经剥离的房开业务的开发工作继续由美的置业完成，“我们从去年开始而且接下来也会继续大力度拓展第三方的开发管理业务，同时也可以做一些财投操盘，走出一个不同的房地产开发管理输出路子”。
