新浪科技讯 3月31日晚间消息，中国电信官网显示，刘桂清已担任中国电信集团有限公司董事、总经理、党组副书记。

　　今年2月，中国电信公告称，因工作调动原因，梁宝俊辞任公司执行董事、总裁兼首席运营官职务。刘桂清此次填补了梁宝俊辞任之后的空缺。

　　资料显示，刘桂清1966年8月出生，1985年8月参加工作，中共党员，教授级高级工程师，博士研究生学历，博士学位。1992年国防科技大学信号与信息处理专业毕业，获得工学硕士学位，2004年国防科技大学信息与通信工程专业毕业，获得工学博士学位。历任中国联通湖南分公司副总经理、党委委员，中国联通湖南分公司总经理、党委书记，中国联通江苏分公司总经理、党委书记，中国电信集团有限公司副总经理、党组成员，中国电信集团有限公司党组副书记等职务。现任中国电信集团有限公司总经理、党组副书记。
