智通财经APP讯，百望股份(06657)公布2024年业绩，收益为人民币6.59亿元，同比减少7.54%。公司拥有人应占亏损约5.01亿元，同比增长约40%。每股亏损2.73元。
公告称，亏损增长主要是由于公司的香港首次公开发售的启动于2024年确定，公司的估值及附有优先权的股份的公平值有所增加，导致按公平值计量且其变动计入损益的金融负债的公平值亏损增加。自公司于2024年7月9日顺利上市后，所有附有优先权的股份已被终止确认并列作集团股权。
