新股消息 | 香江电器港股IPO招股书失效
智通财经APP获悉，湖北香江电器股份有限公司(以下简称：香江电器)于2024年9月29日所递交的港股招股书满6个月，于2025年3月29日失效，递表时国金证券(香港)为独家保荐人。
招股书显示，香江电器是中国的质量生活家居用品制造商。主要以ODM/OEM模式营运，并已建立起由全球知名兼历史悠久的品牌组成的客户群，例如沃尔玛、Telebrands、SEB、Sensio、HamiltonBeach及飞利浦等。凭借在设计、开发和制造各式各样小家电方面的能力，公司在厨房小家电方面尤其成功。
公司于2022年及2023年连续荣登中国机电产品进出口商会的“十大厨房小家电出口企业”。根据弗若斯特沙利文报告，以2023年出口额计算，公司侪身中国厨房小家电行业的十大企业。按2023年从中国出口到美国及加拿大的出口量计，公司的电热水壶分别在中国海关总署界定的相关分类中占约21.4%及32.3%市场份额。按2023年从中国出口到美国的出口量计，公司的打蛋器等电动类产品在中国海关总署界定的相关分类中占约6.7%市场份额。
