国家财政部表示，按照党中央和国务院决策部署，2025年，财政部将发行首批特别国债5,000亿元人民币(下同)，积极支持中行(03988.HK) (601988.SH) 、建行(00939.HK) (601939.SH) 、交行(03328.HK) (601328.SH) 及邮储银行(01658.HK) (601658.SH) 补充核心一级资本。此次资本补充工作将按照市场化、法治化原则稳妥推进。
国有四大行拟向特定对象发行A股股票募集资金补充核心一级资本之际。其中，建设银行发行的募集资金总额不超过1,050亿元，扣除相关发行费用后将全部用于补充该行的核心一级资本。中国银行募集资金规模不超过1,650亿元，扣除费用后用于增加核心一级资本。交通银行募集资金规模不超过1,200亿元，用于补充核心一级资本。邮储银行募集资金规模为1,300亿元，扣除相关发行费用后用于补充核心一级资本。(ta/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-03-28 16:25。) (A股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
