智通财经APP讯，德林控股(01709)发布公告，现有购股权计划由本公司于2015年9月22日采纳，自采纳日期起计10年期间有效及生效。根据现有购股权计划的条款，本公司可随时透过股东大会普通决议案议决终止现有购股权计划，在此情况下不得进一步授出购股权，惟现有购股权计划的条文将在使终止前授予的任何购股权得以行使的必要情况或根据现有购股权计划条文可能规定的其他情况下保持有效。于有关终止前根据现有购股权计划已授出的购股权将根据现有购股权计划的规则继续有效及可供行使。
董事会认为，采纳2025年股份奖励计划(其将自2025年股份奖励计划采纳日期起计为期十年有效)将确保本集团股份计划的连续性，以吸引、奖励、激励及挽留合资格参与者，其将符合经修订规则的最新规定，并为本公司在长期规划向2025年股份奖励计划合资格参与者授出奖励提供更大的灵活性，以表彰彼等对本集团的贡献或潜在贡献。
